Cancellation
(i) Cancellation must be advised by Fax/E-mail/Letter to the Central Reservation
Devision at Head Office, Mumbai.
(ii) Rs. 300/- if the request is received before 60 days.
(iii) 20% of Ticket Value if cancellation is received within the period of 24-44
days from schedule date of departure.
(iv) 50% of ticket value if cancellation request is received within the period
of 8-23 days from schedule date of departure.
(v) 100% of ticket value if cancellation request is received within the period
of 7 days or before the schedule date of departure.
Exclusive Charters
Companies can organize a "Business-Cum-Pleasure" trip by chartering
the truly luxurious. The Deccan Odyssey for their conference.
Climate
Varies from 80 C 300 C between September to March and in April it is around
350 C. Clothing Recommended Light tropical/light woolens.
