name from mighty Bhim (one of the Pandavas). This picturesque lake perked by
an island is believed to be full of Mahabharata legands.
Today this lake interlude has emerged as a 'different' tourist destination.

Sattal :
13 kms from Bhowali, 24 kms Nainital and 12 kms from Bhim Tal this peaceful
spot is full of scenic beauty with different Tals, boating facilities are also
available.
Bhowali :
13 kms from Sat Tal. A celebrated health resort & fruits orchards area of
Garhwal.
